A Sauder School of Business graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, she is an astute analyst. She specialized in Accounting and is currently working towards obtaining her Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Throughout her University years, she has held professional positions in Accounting, Sales and Marketing.
Companies she is working at/has completed successful stints include: Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, Homeland Realty, and top global accounting and consulting firm, KPMG. Additionally, for 3 years, as a Digital Marketing lead at the not-for-profit the7dayringproject, Kathleen developed several marketing campaigns for product lines leading to increased customer engagement and sales.

陈丽萍 (Wendy T. Chan)目前为金桥顾问的企业品牌战略总监。她拥有十八年企业策略经验专于策略、计划、以及战略伙伴协商。1990年, 她获取了University of British Columbia 的理学学士学位、 1992年McGill 大学市场行销硕士学位，以及金融硕士学位(MBA)。曾经管理过有着数百万业绩的大型企业，如强生公司(Johnson & Johnson)，葛兰素史克公司(Glaxo-SmithKline)与马克安东尼/米逊山酒庄(Mark Anthony/Mission Hill Winery)。丽萍领导过数个跨职能团队，并有着与日本，中国，美国和欧洲公司进行商业谈判的丰富经验。

Wendy is a business strategist with over 20 years of management experience, specializing in strategy, planning and negotiating strategic alliances and partnerships. Over the past two decades, she has managed with full P&L responsibilities several multi-million dollar businesses ranging in annual revenues from $2-250 million. She has worked with companies such as: Johnson & Johnson, Glaxo-SmithKline, and Mark Anthony Group/Mission Hill Winery, Spice World, Oxford Immune Algorithmics, Aurora Cannabis, Care Point Medical & Wellness Clinics. She was at the helm of cross-functional teams at these companies, spearheading negotiations with companies in Canada, United States, Japan, China, and Europe. She holds a BSc. in Medical Science from the University of British Columbia, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from McGill University and ICD.D from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

With her fluency in Chinese-Mandarin and Chinese-Cantonese, working knowledge of other Asian languages and intrinsic understanding of Asian culture and needs, Wendy is in a unique position to foster, create and nurture business relationships between East and West. Her extensive network, Canadian graduate degree and Fortune 500 corporate experience has enabled her to assist and advise many companies in Canada and Asia. As these companies navigate the growing complexities and diversity of the Canadian markets, Wendy is a key strategist in their business development, initiation and set up of partnerships and joint ventures.

Wendy’s portfolio of clients is lengthy, as is the array of services she has provided. Those services include devising long-term strategic plans (including key acquisitions or divestitures), business management with full P&L responsibilities and guidance on major development projects.

Over the years, considerable time, expertise and leadership has been devoted to her work as Director of the Board, Committee or Advisory member at Profit and Non-Profit Organizations such as: CarePoint Medical & Wellness, BC Cancer Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Vancouver Opera, and Women in Leadership Foundation. An active community member, Wendy has donated time to fundraise for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, B.C. Lung Association and other causes.

Victor specializes in corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. He is adept at cross cultural deal structuring with well-honed abilities to understand and navigate East-West differences.

Victor is fluent in Mandarin- Chinese, as well as Japanese. He was born and raised in China and later lived and studied in Japan before relocating to Canada.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Victor was a successful entrepreneur who co-founded an information technology consulting firm, a software development company, and a real estate leasing and management business.

Drawing from his years of industry experience, Victor advises a wide variety of Canadian, Chinese and Japanese clients from both sides of the Pacific in business matters as well as intellectual property matters. Victor’s keen senses of business and well-rounded appreciation of the North American and Asian culture help direct clients onto the right path in their business dealings.

Currently, he is the Managing Partner of the DS Avocats's Vancouver Office, and a member of the DS’s Business Law Group. Victor is also a registered trademarks agent and a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada. He was previously at Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP.

Victor has strong ties to and has built a large business network in both China and Japan, and possesses insightful appreciation of the business cultures of both countries.

A consultant with Moxie since 2009, Tracy has 14 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing and customer experience. Prior to joining Moxie Tracy served as marketing director at Citizens Bank of Canada, Vancity’s national online division, where she led a team of marketing and web user experience professionals in branding and marketing communications, product development, customer relationship management, online marketing, market research and database marketing.

At Citizens Bank, Tracy oversaw the launch of the bank’s first social networking initiative in 2008, an online community geared towards Canada’s minor hockey community.

As an associate consultant for Moxie Strategy, Louisa Liu Meina, Jager Consulting Limited, brings over five years of corporate finance experience primarily in the resource sector. Her past work as a negotiation facilitator and mining analyst included successfully advising both Chinese and Canadian companies on key investment decisions.

Armed with an Honors Bachelor Degree from Beijing International Studies University, fluency in both Mandarin and English and a comprehensive understanding of the cultural and business environments of both East and West, she is well versed in providing exceptional added-value to her clients.

As a university student she was actively involved in and donated considerable time to community building and non-profit events such as the 2006 FOCAC Summit, 2007, Good Luck Beijing International Cycling Race, 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and the 20th Anniversary of China-Russia Diplomatic Relations Celebration.
